Applications in the below format are invited for the positions of a Research Fellow and an Assistant for a period of 1.5 years. The contract will be renewed after every 3 months based on the progress of the candidate.   1. Research Fellow (01 position)

Eligibility and qualifications

  • MSc. In Botany/Environmental Sciences/Forestry/Zoology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry

  • Working knowledge of computer and use of MS Office.

  • Motivated to conduct both lab and field based activities.

  • Should also be willing to go for occasional field trips of 5-10 days duration

  • Comfortable with travel, both local and national.

  • Should be able to work both independently and in team

  • Candidate having research/administrative experience will be preferred

  • Local candidates will be preferred.

  1. Assistant (01 position)

Eligibility and qualifications

  • Have passed 10th class with >50% marks

  • Is not above 35 years of age

  • Motivated to work both lab and field based activities.

  • Should also be willing to go for occasional field trips of 5-10 days duration

  • Candidate who can drive and has a valid driving license will get preference

  • Candidate having knowledge of plants and farming practices will be preferred

  • Local candidates will be preferred.
